Horwath Hotel, Tourism and Leisure Contract

We are especially proud and satisfied to announce the important signing of both contracts of advising and management with HORWATH Hotel, Tourism and Leisure, the division specialized in consultancy for Hotels, Tourism and Leisure of HORWATH INTERNATIONAL, one of the world leaders in consultancy of touristic services. This agreement aims to achieve an integral project of development of our property products in the Republic of Cape Verde and its marketing in the international field.

With the signing of these two contracts, in which HORWATH HTL forms an alliance with GRUPO PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES with exclusiveness for the Republic of Cape Verde. We are sure that our expansion acquires an authentic international importance which will allow us to achieve and consolidate leadership in the hotel and touristic sectors on which all of us rely. However, these two contracts that have been formalized go beyond a mere professional and commercial relationship between both organizations, and constitute an authentic strategic alliance between two leading companies in their respective fields of performance and with a broad and stable vision of the future and at the same time not only confirms the quality and importance of our project but links both organizations in the future projects that we are to develop in the Republic of Cape Verde.
